Kettlercise® H.Core® provides a high intensity all over body workout to promote fat burn and improve your general fitness level and condition for life and sport.

 

Aimed at those that already have a good basic level of fitness, can cope with a reasonably intensive aerobic warmup, have some previous Kettlercise or Kettlebell training experience, come along and take up the "advanced" challenge!

 

Especially good to support other Sports Conditioning work. Invaluable Cross training for athletes. 

 

Kettlercise Combat-MX

Kettlercise® Combat-MX Group Fitness Class

KETTLERCISE® Combat-MX combines the best of Kettlercise® and blends it with combat inspired moves from the world of martial arts. 

Split into ‘8 rounds’ ranging from kettlebell based upper/ lower body attack and combat core to dynamic combat rounds incorporating kicks and punch drills from Muay Thai and Kickboxing to MMA inspired take downs and combinations. It’s the ultimate high energy, up tempo pre choreographed workout set to a specific music beat.

A Body conditioning workout focused on core muscle groups and those troublesome areas. This class will help you sculpt and re-shape a better you through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen and tone.  

With varying formats to ensure that you never get bored... it could range from choreography to interval training but you can be assured of a workout that will leave you feeling those specific areas.

Using the properties of water to support, aid and create resistance for this exciting new workout. Be prepared to move, try new things and giggle a little (or a lot)! With up to date music and an energetic approach whilst in a supportive and encouraging environment!

 

 

AquaNatal

For pregnant ladies who wish to keep gently fit and and post natal ladies who wish to gently regain pre-pregnany fitness without damaging any joints or ligaments. If you want a fun, relaxing way to exercise and if the opportunity to be weightless for an hour appeals then this could be just the class for you!

 

Experience the perfect balance of relaxation, laughter and exercise – a wonderful way to unwind and stay healthy in pregnancy.

Classes take place in the soothing warm comfort of Aqua Swim Ashbourne’s pool, providing one of the safest ways to exercise during and soon after pregnancy.

Exercise and relaxation release your body’s natural “happy hormones – endorphins”, which suppress pain and help you (and baby) feel calm. Not only helpful in pregnancy but also during and after labour.

You can return to this class after birth to gently begin to get back your pre-pregnancy fitness.
