We held a "Masterclass" evening with the founder and inspiration behind Kettlercise, Guy Noble here in Derbyshire!!! This was an AMAZING opportunity to be taught by the "main man" who started it all and not to be missed!!
This will an exceptional experience for all and Guy was impressed by the efforts/form and determination of all.It was LOVELY to have the same great mix that we have on a normal night.

Another team took part in the Color Run! A 5k race whilst tasting the rainbow - dulux powder paint thrown at you on the course! Many giggles and fun all round - pictures in the gallery. Well done team!
Pretty Muddy Race for Life

A team took part in Pretty Muddy Race for Life! A new challenge with a 5k run with mud and obstacles along the way - all for a good cause. The weather assisted with heavy rain and a fun time was had by all - pictures are in the gallery! Personal challenges for many and a real sense of achievement. Well done team!
